    How BTG Consulting collects, uses, and protects information you share through this website.

    Working draftBusiness working draft — not legal advice

    This Privacy Policy explains what information BTG Consulting may collect through this website, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you. It is a business working draft and is not legal advice. Eldon Solomon, MS, LMHC, is the founder of BTG Consulting.

    1. Who operates this website

    BTG Consulting operates this website at www.consulting2btg.com. BTG Consulting provides individual leadership coaching, corporate consulting, speaking, and applied decision-making services. Eldon Solomon, MS, LMHC, is the founder.

    2. Information you provide

    When you contact us, book a conversation, or complete an assessment, you may provide:

    • Contact information: first name, last name, email address, and phone number (if you choose to share it).
    • Professional information: organization or company name and your role or title.
    • Inquiry information: the type of inquiry, your area of service interest, and any message you choose to include.

    3. Diagnostic information

    The Five-Gap Execution Diagnostic is offered in two contexts — individual leadership and organization. If you complete an assessment, the information recorded may include:

    • the diagnostic context (individual or organization) and diagnostic version;
    • your responses to the assessment questions;
    • the five gap scores, your primary and secondary gaps, and an overall score where applicable;
    • a completion timestamp.

    The Five-Gap Execution Diagnostic is a leadership self-assessment intended for educational and professional-development purposes. It is not a clinical, psychological, medical, or scientifically validated diagnostic instrument.

    4. Automatically collected and attribution information

    As you use this website, certain technical information may be generated through normal website operation, such as basic browser, device, and server information.

    To help us understand how visitors find BTG Consulting, the website may also capture attribution information such as the landing page, referring source where available, marketing parameters (for example, UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term), and a Google Click ID (GCLID) where present. This attribution is captured to help connect an inquiry to its source and is not used to place your personal information in page URLs.

    5. How we use information

    BTG Consulting may use the information you provide to:

    • respond to your inquiry or request;
    • provide your assessment results and any related follow-up;
    • schedule and manage booking or appointment requests;
    • deliver the services, communications, or materials you request; and
    • operate, maintain, and improve the website and our services.

    6. CRM and service-provider processing

    Submissions from this website — including contact inquiries and assessment data — are transmitted to and managed through LeadConnector, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform BTG Consulting uses for contact management, form capture, booking, and follow-up communications.

    Service providers used to operate the business may process information on BTG Consulting’s behalf and under BTG’s instructions for the purposes described in this policy. BTG Consulting does not sell your personal information. Sharing with these providers is limited to what is necessary to operate the services you request.

    7. Email communications

    Submitting a form or completing an assessment may result in communications related to your inquiry, your results, booking details, or the services you requested. This is distinct from broader promotional email marketing. Where BTG Consulting sends promotional email in the future, it will do so only where you have agreed to receive it or where otherwise permitted, and it will provide a way to stop receiving those messages.

    8. SMS (text message) communications

    BTG Consulting may send text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or requested services only when you have explicitly opted in. SMS consent is captured through a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, completing an assessment, or booking an appointment does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

    If you opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. BTG’s messaging systems apply an additional do-not-disturb protection, and the website does not trigger or bypass that protection.

    9. Cookies and similar technologies

    This website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation. Analytics or advertising technologies are not currently active on this website. If BTG Consulting activates website-performance, attribution, or analytics technologies in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them, and a cookie consent mechanism may be added where appropriate. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect website functionality.

    10. Data retention

    BTG Consulting may retain website inquiry and Five-Gap Diagnostic information for up to 24 months after the person’s last interaction, unless the individual becomes a client or another legitimate legal or business obligation requires longer retention. Retention is otherwise limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, respond to inquiries, manage the client relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping needs.

    11. Data security

    BTG Consulting takes reasonable measures to help protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Submission from the website is handled over HTTPS, and personal data such as assessment responses, scores, names, email addresses, and phone numbers is not placed in page URLs.

    12. Your choices

    You may choose not to provide information, and you may decline to complete an assessment or to opt into SMS or additional communications. Choosing not to provide certain information may limit the services or follow-up BTG Consulting can offer you.

    13. Access, correction, and deletion requests

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by BTG Consulting. To make such a request, please use the contact page. BTG Consulting will review and respond to reasonable requests, subject to any record-keeping or legal obligations.

    14. Children’s privacy

    BTG Consulting’s services and the Five-Gap Execution Diagnostic are intended for adults and professional or business use. BTG Consulting does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or the assessment. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact BTG Consulting so it can be removed.

    16. Changes to this policy

    BTG Consulting may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

    17. Contacting BTG about privacy

    For privacy questions or requests, please email privacy@consulting2btg.com or use the contact page.
